Please read these terms carefully before using Motovu. Effective date: 30 October 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and Akrabhi Softlabs Private Limited (CIN: U72900OR2018PTC029102), having its registered office at K4-113, Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751019, India (“Akrabhi”, “we”). By creating an account, using the Motovu apps, dashboard or website, or signing an order form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Motovu is a software platform for vehicle service centres that supports gate check-in and check-out, number-plate recognition (ANPR), job and handover tracking, and reporting. Features may vary by plan. We may improve, change or retire features, giving reasonable notice for material changes.
You agree not to: use Motovu unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights; capture images or personal data without proper authority or notice; attempt to access other customers’ data; probe, reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform; upload malware; or use Motovu to harass, stalk or unlawfully surveil any person. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms.
Customer owns the data it puts into Motovu (“Customer Data”) and grants us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service. Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis and giving any required notices to staff, vehicle owners and visitors, including displaying CCTV/ANPR notices at its premises. We process Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy and any data processing terms in your order form.
Number-plate recognition and other AI features are probabilistic and may occasionally misread or fail. They are decision-support tools, not a guarantee. Customer remains responsible for verifying critical decisions, such as releasing a vehicle, and for keeping manual checks in place.
Paid plans are billed as stated in your order form or on our pricing page. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 15 days and subscriptions renew automatically for the same term until cancelled. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.
Motovu, its software, design, name and logo are the property of Akrabhi Softlabs Private Limited and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works from it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
We work to keep Motovu available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practicable. Support is provided by email during business hours unless your plan states otherwise.
Except as expressly stated, Motovu is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Customer will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, Customer’s breach of these Terms, or Customer’s unlawful use of the service, except to the extent caused by us.
You may stop using Motovu or cancel your plan at any time. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination your access ends and, subject to law, we will delete Customer Data on request or after the retention period in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive. To delete data, see Data Deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Failing that, the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and notify account holders of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
